Hi Maple leaf,

I am alerting nawazkhan, who does
a lot of Pcos and hormonal issues.
The questions are his intake form.
He is traveling right now and might
take a bit to get back to you, but
worth any wait.

You may probably go thru a series of
remedies, each one based on what
shows up after the last one. You cannot
possibly self prescribe for this.

Hang in there till you get started
on a prescription.

I must also mention that I smoke on average 15 cigarettes per day. I drink coffee too.
