Sore Throat/swollen glands/couging/fatigue

Hi my hubby is having these symptoms, not sure of the fatigue is due to working 2 jobs or not... But throat hurts when swallows, but not when he's eating or drinking. I can feel his tonsils (underside of jaw) and they feel swollen..a bit hard. Throat is a little red, but can't tell cause he was in a rush to go to work, so didn't have a chance to take a good look.

Not sure what to do, doesn't want to go to the doctor. Please help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
also bought some over the counter cold medicine from a natural food store... he took one dose, still coughing... forgot to ask if he's still feeling pain or not.

thank you for your help!

We could only find 30c. Is the dosage the same?

Also the over the counter thing that he used was Sambucus Immune syrup. He also reports that his throat doesn't hurt any more.

If 200 c not available then use 30c power with same doses.
