Swollen eyelid 4 y.o. Possible reaction after Apis Mel.
Edited original post 3 days fast forward.So it's been 3 days , my son 4 y.o. left eyelid still red and swollen. Happened next day after Apis Mel 30c, given for his behavioral symptoms (was given in the evening, instead morning), no improvement noticed in behavioral. Did noticed more frequent urination.
Your suggestion for a swelling eyelid is greatly appreciated.
Some other symptoms:
- red, swollen left eyelid (first day discharge)
- hydrocele (fluid in one testicles)
- separation anxiety
- can not sleep alone
- sensitive to the noise
- low weight, low muscle tone
- poor eye contact
- eats only few things, likes sweets
- afraid of dogs and dark

Yes , this can be an aggravation from
Apis. don't give him anymore and see
how he does in next couple days.
It may go away and he starts feeling

Thank you, did not noticed any changes in behavioral.
Eyelid still was little swollen, will keep an eye on it. I am thinking maybe it is just an allergy (which is new to us)

I would wait 3 days from when you
gave the remedy. Bc it might be
working and you won't know that
unless you wait a bit.

Hi- I was thinking about if you have
any pets? or he is handling any plants?
or if there is pollen blowing in the wind?
I used to have bad allergies. I found
that if I petted an animals fur and then
touched my eyes, my eye would swell
up( the more I touched my eye the more
it swelled up very red etc) Also if pollen
was blowing and it lands on face etc-
micro specs and I rubbed my eye , got
pollen on hands, then rubbed my eyes
again! my eye would swell up.
So the answer was to keep washing my
hands if my eye was swelling at all.
Just some tips here to manage the
eye swelling, until he gets cured
of allergies.

Will Euphrasia 30c could be appropriate treatment after Apis Mel 30 (only one dose given 4 days ago)
Also last night, he told me little story and just falled asleep, without his usual 'own' language talking,counting, leg kicking...
Not sure if the remedy started working or he was just tired. Exited to observe more.

Taramycin 30c one dose at morning and another at evening before 30 min from meal and Bryonia alb 30c one dose at noon and another at night 30 min before meal.
take one drop of liquid medicine in a half cup of water to make a dose for him each time for both of those medicines.
continue above medication for 3 days in a row. then reply me.

Can not find Taramycin remedy on this site. Is this correct name and ABCH just don't have it?
Also Evening remedies should be taken together or with interval?

The medicine is not avail able may b here at this website remedy store and also it is not a common most medicine to use also. It is a medicine made from allopathic drug to homeopathic potency medicine which is fast working remedy for high temperature fever, pain, swelling of body parts specially upper part of the body. I was going to get the remedies today at the store and I see that his eye noticeably better, no redness or swelling, but it left small 'ball-like' under the top eyelid.
I can even feel it if I try to touch it.
Should I still give those remedies or just wait, as it seems like getting better.

Quick update. Eye problem totally gone, it took about 8-9 days. Without any intervention. Which makes me think was possible effect of apis mel remedy. On the overall behavioral symptoms, shown some improvements, less tantrums, easier to talk to. Just took him to the new place (play group class) teacher took him, he went into the class without a problem. So question is this results are permanent or will need to be repeated? Thank you
