Autism 2 yr old

My 2.7 yr old was diagnosed with PDD-NOS (Autism) at 21 months. We started therapy and biomed treatment about 10 months ago and although he's made great progress he's still on the autistic spectrum. I went to see a homepath who has given him Calc Phos. This has helped him a bit but he's nowehere near recovery. He constantly talks to himself which is totally uninteligeble. He has low muscle tone which means he cannot physically do what typical children his age can do. He cannot hold his own bottle and refuses to drink from Sippy cup or any other kind of cup. Like to be by himself although he can be sociable with some people. he's fastidious, the whites of his eyes are bluey white. He craves salt is always thirsty. Too much makes him cranky. Loves the bath tub, sea pool and any type of water. Fantastic memory and can almost read. Any ideas?

Bluey whites to the eyes , is a significant sign.

Any trouble sleeping.

In the last 3/4 generations what have been the cause of death.

He's very faired skin and he does change color in the sun but not really tan.

He doesn't have any trouble sleeping anymore but he did wake up every 2 hours until about 15 months old. This may have been reflux but we didn't know this at the time.

Causes of death in family is cancer, heart attack, asthma.

His mind is hyperactive he's always talking but doesn't communicate to anyone. The therapists say that he's very intelligent and learns really quickly. He's obssessed with numbers letters and trains.

I tried giving him 30c Nat Mur 2 days ago and his salt craving seems to have decreased. Do you think Nat Mur could be a possible remedy cure for him?
