masturbation, malnutrition, premature aging...
Dear Sir/Madam,I've been suffering from severe malnutrition for several years. I'm a man aged 21 years, height 5'4'', weight 108 pound. I'm a late bloomer, underweight & hardgainer, also physically and mentally underdeveloped and very skinny. I used to frequent/excessive masturbation in my teenage years. It harmed me a lot. Though now I'd reduced the frequency(but couldn't stop fully) for several months but it is getting hard to cover up the losses. It's hard for me to cover up all nutrients/daily dietary recommendations through diets. Also there is lack of appetite and high metabolism makes it worse. Other symptoms include lower back & sciatic pain, chronic constipation, IBS, groin pain, always foggy feeling, speech and voice disorder, memory loss, blood deficiency & poor blood circulation, low bone & muscle mass, physical & mental weakness, fatigue & depression, low stamina, low libido etc.. I'm looking like a prematurely old, shabby & weak guy. I'm not satisfied with myself, I can't accept myself. I want to get rid of this situation. Please help me to overcome all these problems with your precious opinions and suggestions and treatments. Thanks in advance...

the cure is very very simple please read carefully it worked 4 me when ur about to ejaculate first squeeze VERY hard lower part of the penis with one hand and top of the penis with other hand when u do this sperm can not come out
imagine you penis is like a pipe you squeeze lower part of the penis very hard with ur fingers around the lower part of the penis the other hand squeezeing top of the penis VERY hard with fingers round the penis head its important u do this when ur jus about to ejaculate with ur both hands squeezeing at the same time
