sexual problem plz help me

i am 23yrs male married.height 5ft 7inch,64kg.my problem is i have severe desire to sex with each and every women seeing in road or with my relatives women.but i have almost no desire to sex with my wife.bcz my wife breast is small in size.have here any mental treatment?

sir thanks a lot for your reply.sir may i know what type mental problem you observe inside mine? sir i have taken 2 dosage sulpher 1M 10 and 11 june'12.can i take now hyoscymas niger 1m?sir i have hyoscymas niger 1m in pill from can i take it?then how many pill per dosage?how many days gap between 2 remedy should take.

I am in trouble..

Inflammation of urine, PF after urine/during stool, long night erections, when I uased to talk to my fiancee- as soon as I start talk to her or text chatting PF starts coming out and it comes around 8-10 drops and too much sexual excitment without erection during chatting with her.. and after chatting when I masturbate, penis size used to increase but no stiffness as it should be and I ejaculatte within 10-20 seconds...

I used to masturbate every third day since age of 14, now i am 26...

now i have stopped masturbating alhamdulillah.. only one time in 70 days but there were 7-8 wet dreams...

Please help and advise... i am going to get married in next 2 months..I am afraid of premature ejaculation

Dear sir i am 28 i got married 2009 and i have a one year baby since i got marry i have problem of my sex time i eject in 2 or 3 stroke and my wife is not satisfy with me mmy weight is 78 and myy hiegt is 5' i am little bit fatty i am fit i have no operation i have just sex time problem my peni is good it is hard but when i start sex with 2 or 3 stroke i eject plz help me
