voice & speech problem
HELLO SIR,i'm a man aged 21 yrs. i have a bigger larynx and my vocal sound is hoarsh. sometimes slurred or no sound come out when i speak. i can't speak clearly and many words are deducted from my every sentence. i can't level talking, singing or shouting sound. i
can't express myself/my thoughts clearly. i always face great problem in communication/conversation with others. Maybe i've developed some type of autism severely. I can't find a way to get rid of it. Please help me out Sir.
