any remedies for injuries?

Anyone have any remedies for a bad injury of the cartilage?

(severe swelling and stitching pains, syptoms get worse by rubbing & pressure
Changing positions aggrevate syptoms..ice packs seem to bring relief to the injured area..)...

Thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take apis 30c -( drop 2-3 pills into half bottle of pure water, shake well and take a sip=dose even every hour -untiil improvement starts then stop) - it works against swelling with you modalities.

injuries to cartilage are also covered by ruta, if very painful-= by hypericum; open wounds-calendula, closed wounds-arnica and bellis perennis
