dear joe, i hve seen dat u hv helpd many for their hair loss.can u please help me wit mine too.i am 26 yrs (f) and am unmarried.my hair was v thick earlier,but june 2004 i started loosing hair like crazy..every time i uaed 2 comb my hair around 150-200 strands used 2 fall.. n this used 2 happn enery time iused 2 comb.i took many allopthic meds..like multivitns, hve tried minoxidiltoo.but i get terrible dandruf wit it hence cud not use it.my scalp is v sensitive.abd i often get a pulling sensation at my hair roots.my hair has becum so dull,lustureless,rough and brittle.i hv been to couple of homeopths too..but nt much help.one of them gave me medns for 8 mths no diff.so i finally disctd.one dr also gave me phosphrs 200 (i thnk) it was wrrtn on d packet.tried it for 10 days..no help. gradually my hair fall has cum down a bit..now upto 50-60 each time i comb.but even noe my hair fall does exists,every time i run my fingers thru my hair.. many of them cum out. as tho they r just stuck ther.they have becum so v weak.my scalp is also seen now.i;m so deprsed,i dont feel like going out at all..i had sufferd frm TB, 10 yrs ago, ven i was 16.i also have suffrd frm sinus for 6 mths,5 yrs agoi cud not even move my head..such was the acuteness n also had an operation,then wit no results.finally few days aftr d opertation,i was miraclsly cured by an ayurvedic person in just one mths..ihve tried ayrveda too, no results for hair loss.i am on finestrde frm 3 mths nw..cant see any diff. how do i make my hair strong ..i dont take tea or coffee.in general i'm always feeling cold.if i get a cut,i dont heal v easily.hve done all tests,thyroid,dht,blood, all normal.wht do i do. u'v been recomendin, arnica 30 and 6x. whch med will suit me.how can i stop my hair loss and regrow my hair... d the quality of my hair has becum so bad, dat i cant even look at it.please halp me.both my parents hve good hair.how to get my hair back.jasmine_191 on 2005-08-11

I believe that your present loss of hair is due to the aftermath of your Sinus problem which was cured after surgery and by Ayurvedha.
Can you post details of your problem ?Your TB may have also have been a contributory factor.
You can follow the following therapy:
Arnica 30c in the wet dose. 1 teaspoonful to be taken twice daily
Arnica Q (mother tincture) in Coconut Oil. Massage a few drops on your finger tips into your scalp twice daily
Sulphur 1M 2 Pellets under the tongue once a week. To be taken only if you have dandruff.
Method to be followed to make the Arnica hair oil is on:

Method to be followed to make the wet dose.
Get a 500ml bottle of spring water
Pour out 100ml
Put in 3 globules or 1 drop if you have the liquid remedy.
Hit the bottle hard on your palm or a cushion and watch for the water to fizzle like when you open a bottls of soda.
Sip a teaspoonful as recommended above.
Please note that you must not take the Sulphur more often than Once weekly. This is to control your dandruff and you must stop the the remedy when your dandruff is controlled.
Stop all other remedies and drugs you may be taking.
Report your response on this forum in 2 weeks or earlier if you find relief.

thank you for your quick response.
i had the sinus problem 4 yrs ago. since then i didnt get any acute attack of sinusitis.
yes, i was on v high antibiotics for almost a month before the operation.even after the operation i was on antibiotics for few days.. but nothing cured me not even the operation. after all failed, i did take ayurvedic medns for one month.
before gettin cured by ayurveda,i used to have throbbing headaches continously for 6 mths.i could not breathe properly nor sleep.my condotion was so bad that i could not even turn my head, or bend down.
My TB to was not a conventional one.everything was normal,untill one day when i got a sudden tempertature of 104 F and a piercing pain near my right shoulder blade. i was hoapitalised for a few days.. no one could trace out the cause..an x-ray showed a big patch on my right lung.a test finally revealed that it was TB. my lung infection disappeard within 15 days..though i had to ctd with the medcines for 9 mths.
both these things have happened a long time ago, so how could they be related with my hair loss?
joe, i have always been a delicate darling..i have been travelling by flights since childhood, yet i get air sickness, to such an extent that i end up throwing up every time.
i also have hyper acidity. if i dont get to eat when i'm hungry, i start getting headaches and vommitings sensation.i dont have any stamina. my mom can climb 4 floors but i get tired till i reach the 2 floor. my legs also ache a lot.
i cannot tolerate loud noises, like car horns, or music.i eat everything but it seems as though the neutrition is not absorbed.
wht do u suggest to make my hair strong and healthy? i do not have much dandruff, do u still suggest me to take sulphur?
why is my scalp sensitive?
especially on the crown of my head.
should i stop finesteride?
could my hyper acidity be related to my hair loss?
will i get my hair back?
i am so worried. will try using arnica.which company do you suggest. do i have to mix arnica with 100 ml or 400ml.
can i take three teaspoons for faster results..

I would like to treat your Hyperacidity which you did not mention up to now. It is possible that this was the root cause of your hair loss.
Nat Phos 6x is the remedy and you will take 2 tablets after lunch and dinner.
You can also take the Arnica 30c in the wet dose as instructed. There is no need to take 3 teaspoons ot Arnica as this will not help in any way.
Stop all other medication including the Finesteride. Also you cannot drink Coffee and Cola drinks.
You can get all the Homeopathic remedies from your nearest Homeopathic Pharmacy or if you live in India there are thousands of sources for you to get them.

i did enquire abt arnica 30c. most chemists said that they have arnica30 but nt "c". is plain arnica 30 different from arnica 30"c" .also, u have recomended arnica6x many a times too. could you please tell me what is the difference between them both and their working.

Arnica 30c is also sold as Arnica 30. However please check this with the vendor. Use the remedy when you get it in the wet dose.3 globules in 400ml spring water. Bang it hard on your pals and sip a teaspoonful twice daily.
I cannot remember recommending Arnica 6x to anyone as this is only used for sports injuries like torn muscles when a concentrated dosage is required. It is more common to use the c (centismal) potencies.
Also use the Arnica oil mixture.
10ml Arnica Q or Mother Tincture in 50ml virgin Coconut Oil. Massage a few drops on your finger tips into the scalp daily.
Use only Johnson's baby shampoo on your hair.
