This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Did you by any chance go to a new place
to shop for food? and Perhaps these
apples and carrots have a pesticide on
them? - or it is just a bad batch from
where you do shop?

Have you tried the apple one day and
the carrot the other day - and same
reaction each time

Sometimes they coat the apple skin
with a wax coating- but this sudden
allergy- does not sound right.

Hello,
thank you for your replies! The apples and carrots are both organic, washed and soaked well to clean. The carrot allergy has been there for a few months, cooked is fine. The apples are new and I finally realized it was the skin (most likely the patulin mold in the bruises). She has never been vaccinated.

Thank you for your help!
