varicocele
hi Sir,Could you please have look once below information and revert back to me ..
i has undergone to DOPPLER USG OF SCROTUM FOR TESTICULAR VOLUME & VARICOCELE' thise reporetor mention below points and my age is 24 and not yet married ..i am planning to go for microsurgery so, please provide more information and surgery earliest date are else should i wait some more days
-->The right testis measures 2.3 X 2.7 X 4.3 cms with volume of 14cc.
->The left testis measures 2.1 X 2.6 X 4.1 cms with a volume of 12cc.
-->both the testis are normal sized and show uniform echotexture with smooth capsule.
--> The epididymii are normal
-->There is no free fluid in the tunica vaginalis.
---->multiple dilated veins of 2-3 mm are seen in both the pampniform plexus and reversal of flow is seen veins during valsalva manoeuvre.
-->The scorotal wall appears normal..
Finally mentioned as below:-

My seminal analysis is normal (having good sperm count)
finally i has completed all kinds of blood test like sugar , bp, HIV,urine ,complete blood count , group & rh type ,edta whole blood, and all urine related blood test --- All are Normal (every test )
please any one help which treatment is good(homeopathy or surgery)
