please help me..
4 year old girl is having lots of pimples on neck and face..8 days back she developed chicken pox like lesions all over the body with fever of 100 F. but after 9 days yesterday she developed lots of pustules on neck and face... picture is attached pleas help me.. i will be v thankfull...
