Over Weight
I am 24 yr old girl. My height is 5.3' and my weight is 64 Kg. Just suggest me any type of medicine to lose and maintain my weight.qazinafisa on 2012-07-01

As per your age and hieght 64 kgs is not more weight. However you may reduce it by doing exercises and diet.

You must be careful here with Joe's method.
Maybe you use it for couple weeks and lose a few pounds.
However- bc you are NOT overweight-
there is nothing wrong with body. It
Is a mental idea- so as Dr. M said-
use diet and exercise.!!!
I read a case of a person using Nat Phos
bc they wanted to MAINTAIN weight-
they did not want to use diet or exercise-
They used it everyday ( nat phos for like
over a year- and they eventually became sick and had to live with the
sickness bc no one could figure out
how to undo what they had done.)
You must always remember that
homeopathy 'medicines' are to treat
an 'illness' if you use them for something else it is going to cause
trouble if you use them for a period
of time.
