blood test

I have recently taken blood test. It reveals high trigytricide and low sodium and low vit D.Can anybody suggest a homeomedicine. Thanks.

We do not prescribe medicines that way. Those tests are relevent to orthodoxo medicine not to homoeopathy. You will need a qualified practitioner to take your case, noting all your symptoms, and prescribe a single medicine that way.
