An update: re Arnica 30 and my hairloss

Hi - thought it would be a good idea to post and update regarding my treatment as advised by Joe de Livera.

Been taking the Arnica 30 pillules 2x twice daily for about 3 months now. I only use Johnson's bab shampoo as instructed.

The hair on my crown had gone and the hair at the front had started to thin.

Since taking this remedy I have hair all over my crown. Some stray dark hairs but mostly blonde (my hair is naturally dark brown) - the blonde hairs are thicker than the vellus hairs associated with hair loss.

The crown itself has the hair growing inwards. Where there was a pronounced circle before, it is now jagged - where the new hair is growing. I also have a 'swirl' of dark hair growing on the crown.

The hair at the front seems darker, so must be thicker and I can report no falling.

Thanks Joe. Words fail me.

This remedy really does work. If it doesn't work for you then Joe recommends Wiesbaden 200. I would stress that if one doesn't work then try another. It is obvious through my own, and other people's experience, that homeopathy works for hairloss.

:)

Glad to learn that Arnica has helped your hair to grow back again.

I note however that you are taking the remedy in dry form. I now recommend using the water dose where just 3 pellets are dropped into 400ml bottle of spring water. You succuss the solution by banging 6 times on your open palm and this increases the potency of the remedy slightly which makes it more potent. You use just 1 teaspoonful of the water twice daily and a bottle of 400 ml should last you about 3 months.

I would suggest that you take Arnica for the rest of your life after it has helped your hair as you will discover, as I have done after using it for over 9 years daily, that it has positively helped me.

You may also consider using the Arnica Q/ Coconut Oil mix which I have discovered also promotes the growth of Hair. 20% Arnica Q mixed with Coconut oil to be lightly massaged on the scalp.

Thank you for confirming that Arnica works in the manner that I have recommended. This may help to squash the critics who often fault me for my "this for that" attitude where I prescribe the remedy for the ailment, in your case Arnica for Hair Loss.

Some of the 'classical' homeopaths feel that I should only suggest a remedy after a long process of 'case taking' which is really not convenient on a forum where I find that I am dealing with about 10 persons who want quick, sometimes instant, replies from me.

Hi Joe - I was taking the Arnica in the wet dose but was a bit worried that it might get tainted or contaminated, thus making it useless, and so began back using the pill form as a precaution.

What is Arnica q and how do I prepare the mixture?

Many thanks

It is unlikely that the water will get contaminated if you do not live in the tropics. Even here it is not strictly necessary to refrigerate but you may do so to ease your mind. The great advantage of using the succussed dose instead of the dru globules is that every time you hit the water hard and it fizzles, it increases its potency every so slightly which makes the remedy to be more effective.

Arnica Q is the Mother Tincture and you can get it from the same source you got your stock. You should get 10ml Arnica Q and mix it with 50ml Coconut oil and shake it well before you massage a few drops into your hair roots.

I have just read the many posts addressed to my attention for which I did not get the email alert.

I shall now deal with them in the order they were posted individually addressed to their authors.

You state that you purchased Selenium and Thallium for your Hair Loss.

I regret that I have not used these remedies which are powerful chemicals and you are advised NOT to use them.

You do not have to 'preserve' in any way as it is good for about a year if tightly capped.

Arnica 30c is not sold in capsules and it is not used only for muscle sprain.
If the label states that it is Arnica Montana 30c and is in small round pellets you are OK. I prefer that patients use the Liquid Dilution in Ethanol as this is by far more effective.

Please follow my instructions on the post I copy below;
