For the last couple of weeks I am facing the following problems : a) Severe pain in the left hypochondria, b) moderate but continuous pain in the spleen, c) too much urination, d) extreme fatigue, e) bruises appears over the skin without any apparent reason, f) loss of appetite, g) dull pain in the groin region and h) almost black stool 5-6 times everyday. My family physician asked for some medical tests and the results are as follows :

d) E.S.R. (1st. Hour) : 08 m.m.
f) Sr. Urea : 38 mg/dl
g) Sr. Creatinine : 1.29 mg/dl

After all the test reports submitted, my family physician told me that from those reports it is impossible for him to reach any conclusion behind the reason of Splenomagaly.

Now my question is could it be possible to find the reasons behind my Splenomegaly? Or other tests are necessary?
