Fish Bone/ fingernail/ Fennel seed edge stuck in the throat

Yesterday night something got stuck in my throat on the right side. I am not sure whether it is a fish bone or my own fingernail or the edge of fennel seed. I tried inserting my finger to see/ feel what exactly it is. I can feel something is in there on the lobe at the back of mouth and it is very thin and very tiny. I did my X-ray as well. Everything looks good. But I still feel something is in there and it is hurting a bit. I tried banana, rice, dry bread, hot water, salt water gargaling nothing is helping. Please give me suggestions. THANK YOU!!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Silicea 200 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
