Mr.Kadwa or Mr.Maheeru - case for you

Male, age 44, height 185cm, weight 80 kg
Country: EUROPE
Not allergic to anything, nothing special about food
Exercise 5 days a week for about 30 minutes daily
Blood pressure for the most part is 120-80

Hello, for over four year now I’ve had a problem with my urination, bladder and ED. Illness came almost suddenly, , medical checks of prostate or CT of spine did not reveal any cause. After many alternative therapies (acupuncture, manual therapy) I managed to improve very much, but still fighting against body weakness.

I noticed several disorder of function of bladder and prostate. Bladder: I have almost no feel for urge, I cannot feel when the bladder is full, I have to wait long to start urinate and the urine stream is very weak, even if I press. ED: morning impotency, during the day improvement, but very weak. When wake up, stiffness in lower back. Senses: no pain at any time.

I have tried nux v 30C for 4 days , 2 doses per day, with some slight improvement on erection. No effect on urination or senses.

Hypericum 30C (1 week, 3 doses/day) did cause aggravation on bladder sense and pressure (completely lost sense, no bladder pressure). After few days, aggravation disappeared. But senses have not improved.

Any suggestions how to get the sense for urge back?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Thank you for your prompt reply. I will follow your instructions and report the progress. I took Sulphur 200C last week, so I have to wait for few days to take Conium.

Conium 10M is finally on the way. I hope in few days I can take a first dose.

Let me ask you a question. You have considered both sexual and urinary problems when made a suggestion? Did you focus more on ed? Would you make the same suggestion if focus on urinary?

The reason I am asking is that in the past both problems have moved in opposite direction (urinary getting better, but ed worse and vice versa). I was able to improve sexuality within last weeks with Arnica 30C (except morning impotence worries me), and do not want to worsen urinary problems. My main focus goes to bladder and inability to sense urging. But it is funny, when I get excited (for example before medical test), I had to go to toilet twice.

I just want to share my feeling and worries with you, not to question your proposal. Thank you for your reply in advance

Hello! I have prepared a picture of my person and hope you can get any suggestion:

Occupancy: administration, 8 hours work at desk, constant pressure from customers, stress, aversion from job, uncertainty for future about job.
History: 4 years ago suddenly lost sensation in abdomen area, which was causing ed, bladder
no feel for urge, I cannot feel when the bladder is full, I have to wait long to start urinate and the urine stream is very weak, even if I press. High BP, sleep disturbances, tensions in back, digestion – emission with explosion. Treated with alpha blockers, but without effect.
Mind: forgetful, anxiety about future, time is passing by fast, all the time tired, like to postpone things, want to work all the time, when tired no hurry to bed, fear of being alone, lack of sleep. Sunday before work can no fall asleep. Restlessness.
Stomach: after lunch craving for fruits, although full. Irritation and gases.
Urinary: lost of power of bladder, lost of sensation, no feel for urge, wait long to start, stream weak, no ability to press. Urinate 3x daily, no sign of urine retention (so far), after urination sense of weakness. Urine clear, no pain. Under stress or pressure, urine stream weak or split or twisted. Sense as pelvic pressure on ureter. Feeble stream, always unsure if bladder will open.
Worse morning if tension in lower back after waking up. Lost almost complete power after sudden back pain (happened twice in last years). Morning impotence, during day better, after intercourse general weakness.
Eyes: right eye weak at evening, if morning tension in lower back – vision not clear (right eye only). Sensation of heat going through eyes when tired.
Generalities: stable person, with both foot on the ground. Like to walk in the evening. Rather quiet and closed personality, phlegmatic. Always building my position on knowledge and experience. Like to be in public, but do not talk a lot. Highly motivated for work, always critical to myself and others (my children). Married, 3 children.

I have made fist experience with Ars Alb. C30, wet dose. After 9 doses the susceptibility to pain has increased. Last TCM was painful, but in the evening the bladder has created a good stream. Even slight sense of urge got back. Unfortunately this morning I woke up with tension in lower back and I fall again.

Could you give me any assistance, please!!!

Please take three doses of Thuja 200 as follows and report back after 15 days.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
