Cicatrice

I had met with couple of accidents in my childhood, every deep injury and operated cut had developed into cicatrice. It is shiny elivated, emobossed scar on both the hands and knee. The scars have reduced by 20% themselves over 20yrs. And I do not see any furthur improvement in them. I am 30ys now. Is there any remedy for curing the scars?

Nope, I do not have any lungs problem. I work out for an hour, 5 days a week. No other health issues.
