Gall Stone

I am 24 years old.Last day in my sonography 1.09cm gall stone is detected. May I get rid of my stones in this natural way?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I dnt want to go for surgery. If I use this natural way can there be any side effect?
