Hypothyroidism

Condition of too little thyroid hormone, normally following damage to the thyroid gland. The damage to the thyroid gland may be caused by an autoimmune disorder, or as a result of medical treatments. Symptoms include: fatigue, weakness, weight gain, dry hair and skin, muscle cramps and depression.

This is not a classical approach to suggest specific (Thyrodinum 3x for hypotherodism)

Where are the heart symptoms?
What about body weight?
How is the respiration?
The most important sweats complains? Face and Eyes conditions? History?

I know thyrodinum 3x is good remedy but not a single remedy for hypothyrodism?
