Pilonidal cyst

Have been diagnosed with Pilonidal cyst and there are currently a track. Doctor recommended surgery. Currently the flare up happens 1-2 times in a week and then it starts draining with blood and puss. The puss is whitish in color.

10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
One area is there for atleast 2 years but have noticed puss in last 6 months the other one just appeared 2 weeks back

12. Desire sweets/sour/salt: None
13. Thirst: Normal
14. Tongue and Taste: Normal
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine)

28. Nature of work, what do you do for living? Engineer working 5 hrs sitting and 3 hrs standing

29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food: Spicy food

35. Side of the problem (Right or Left), (Upper or Lower part of body)Cyst seems to be both on right and left side
36. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc. Normal

I have been reading all the posts regarding the Pilonidial cyst and want to try homeopathy before going for a surgery please recommend me a plan looking at the posts I found the following remedy worked well. Please advice if I start the same way thanks for your great help and support

1. Myristica 200C take only one dose (4-5 pills)

2. After 48 hours start taking sillicea 6C (4-5 pills 3 times a day)

3. after two days when I have taken Myristica200c dose I should start taking Calcarea Sulph 6X 4 pills 3 times days.

4. Silicea 200c i will take after i complete the course of sillicea 6C .

Please take Berberis Vulgaris 1X, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 4 days.

How is the pain and swelling?

Are you sure that the pus is white or watery color? Not light yellow etc?

You will be needing more remedies based upon your changing symptoms.

Thank you for your reply, Happy Ramadan.

The pain is not that much once it drains but once it is filled up I feel some pain. It is hard to tell the color of puss because of blood. Swelling is there with open hole on top of it

Now it is Ramadan so you think it is good to start treatment now? In mean time if you can tell me the list of medicines I can order them now.

I saw the surgeon yesterday and he said there are 2-3 of these in the back and recommended surgery but as you mentioned this may not be the solution. I hope you can help me solve the issue.

Then, please take Berberis Vulgaris 1X, 7 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 2 times a day, One dose 30 minutes before Suhoor meal and one dose 30 minutes after Iftar, for 4 days.

It is very important to know the exact color of pus.

Please go ahead and order Alumen 30C, Calc Sulph 200C, Calc Sulph 12X, Hypericum 200C, Calendula 200C and Ferrum Phos 200C.
