Hello Dr Nawaz,

I was having strong aggravation before taking the dose of Colocynthis 200. Still I took Colocynthis few hours ago but the strong aggravation is still there and its bothering me a lot.

My head is too much tightened and I am kind of restless and feeling weak too.

Please suggest.

I am little better in regard of previous aggravation, now.

Please suggest something my depression has hyped since this morning. I am indifferent to everything and too much sad. I am really sad thinking about my life. I think that there will not be any emotional support for me from anybody in future.

So far I have taken three dosages of colocynthis. But I have become so emotional than before.

The strong aggravation was from ars alb dose. I felt like my whole body was tightened, head tightened, felt so much weakness in calves. I felt like Some acidic thing in whole head. Dizzy. After taking colocynthis Most of them are not there now other than mild head tightness.

But I am too emotional and depressed and pathetic now. I have a feeling now that my husband will leave me And there is nothing left in the world for me. I cannot live with him neither can leave him, nor i can handle the anxiety if he leaves me. I have No self confidence again. I was much better after ars alb.

Sorry I was in so much of tensions and was disturbed so much by many negative things in my life, so could not come to the internet and could not view your message lately.

I took one dose of Ars Alb just now and will report you tomorrow.

I will buy Gelsemium and Pulsatilla too as per your suggestion.

The first day of my last period was on 6th Aug 2012.

Here is the report after taking one dose of Ars Alb 200c

I am 30-40% better than last time:
Depression: better like 30-40% but still bothersome.
Self confidence - improved like 20-30%
Head Congestion and tightness, still bothering a lot
- feeling suffocated.
- Energy level: low.
- no happy feeling, no excitement.

I have ordered Gelsemium 200c online. The store here has only 30c potency.

I have pulsatilla 200 ready with me.

Oh god !! I don't wanna be emotional fool I want to be mentally strong so that I can raise my child happily. please help me get rid of this really awful disease.

Please suggest what should I do further.

Hello dr Nawaz,
I took second dose of Pulsatilla 200 yesterday around 1pm (it is 9 am in the morning now)

I am 40-50% better than before not much emotional now but still depressed and low energy level. Fatigued. Self confidence 30-40% better, but still I expect someone to help me in every of my cases. I don't think I can do anything by my own.
I can't do anything in pressure. Too much of anything is bothersome to me.

I have Gelsemium 200 with me now

I didnt know when should I report next. Todays report: I am really stressed out since this morning. I am so nervous to take so many tasks at once. I am having tightness inside heart too.
I have joined a work here but I am feeling some fog inside my mind which is blocking me to learn anything or processing anything. Physically i am too tired. Dull headache. I am afraid of struggle now.
Should I wait for some more time ?

Thank you for your encouraging words. I will try my best to be the best.
Because of this ongoing depression and anxiety problems I feel that I do not have enough courage wisdom and patience left inside me. I am not able to smile and laugh. I always see the dark side of my life even if I don't want to. I was not like this much pathetic till some years back.

But I have hope/trust towards you and the homeopathic remedies that one day I will get rid of this depression and can fight with any odds in my life. I will get my faith back. I know I will !!

Report after two days:
I am feeling much better than before though I am having tightness and dull ache inside head, having memory problem too. Hard to remember the things. Sometimes words stuck inside mind and I find hard to remember them.
Fatigue: improved by 50-60%.
Confidence - improved by 60%
Depression - improved by 50%
Pathetic feeling improved.
Still get too upset when i hear anything related to depression and depressed person.

Hello Doctor Nawaz,

Its been two days since I have the second dose of Gelsemium 200C.
I did not know when to report. But the report as of today:

I am feeling that most of my problems have been improved a lot, just my fatigue has not been improved much. I am feeling very tired.

Now I do not care about negative things that much. I am not as much depressed as before. My confidence level has been improved . Its just that I am not energetic enough to do any works. I get tired so easily. I find myself hard to get up in the morning. I still feel so lazy.

The tightness inside head is still there (It may be because of the remedy effect).
