Hello doctor,

How are you doing ?

I am fearful again about the hearing of death news or funeral news etc. I heard about a funeral news and I am kind of panicking.

I am having burning feeling inside head and my calves are tightened again. Head is heavy. feeling little depressed again.

I am having bad dreams too for the last few days, about insane people, depressed people, about disease, sad environment etc.

My cousin brother's memories are haunting me again time to time.

I am okay on other issues.

Please help.

Just wanted to let you know, I am little better than yesterday regarding panic and fear. But Heaviness in the head is still the same. Burning feeling inside head is still there but little less than yesterday.

Had bad dreams(about insanity and death)last night too, which were bothersome.

No remedies have been taken after the single dose of Ignatia which was taken on 16th March(10 days ago).

I am having Burning feeling inside head.
Fear of being insane increased again
Fear of hearing death news increased again. Death news agitates me a lot.
Tightness on calves
Tightness in head

Having scary dreams about insanity, insane people, death, funeral etc

Irritation increased again.

Please please help.

One good news which I wanted to share with you,
Yesterday, I got a news about an interview date which I have been waiting for this long(3 months in CA). Now if the interview goes well, most of the things about me and my child will be fine and our lives will be comfortable in various manners. I am really excited and anxious too about the interview. Hope I will not get nervous at the interview which is in 15 days.

I have always taken you as a guardian for me and as always I need your encouraging words and support in this regard too :)

Today was the fourth day of the Ars Alb( I took it for four days).
I am feeling very well now. No fear of being insane, I could read newspapers fearlessly, no fearful dreams, much better than what I was.
Confidence improved, nervousness improved.

Physical condition
Having dry cough and sore throat all of a sudden from yesterday night. Irritation inside throat.
Heaviness in head. Must be because of the stress of upcoming interview as I am preparing hard for it. Because of this stress (too many questions and answers related to interview topic are overwhelming my mind) I am not sleeping well( hopefully this will improve too gradually).

How are you doing ?

I took 3 doses of Gelsemium 200C, one daily dose for 3 days. Today is the fourth day.

I am still not very confident for my interview. My head is heavy with some burning feeling inside my calves are tightened and I am feeling some kind of blockage in my mind. Words are not coming out of my mind. I am not speaking what I want to speak. Instead of one word I am using another word. I am getting stuck on words and I have to pressurize my mind to look for one.

I am not sure about any of my answers, I think any answer I give, might be wrong.

I am not sleeping well. I wake up several times during sleep. Hard to fall back to sleep once I wake up.

These things may ruin my interview, which is very near now. Please help.

I took a dose of argentum nitricum 200c. I am so much tensed and am not able to take anymore stress. I really pray this remedy works for me.

I took the remedy (Argentum Nitricum)but it helped me just 10-20%. Please help me, my nerves have become so much sensitive. I feel like if I take any more tension, I will have a breakdown.
