How are you?
I took two doses of Sulphur as per your instruction. I am far better than what I was experiencing. Thank you a lot. If you were not there helping me, I might have ended up somewhere .......I really appreciate your help.

Report as of this evening:
There is no improvement in my fatigue. I get exhausted so easily. My soles are burning. There is mild head burning, congestion and tightness inside head too. Weakness in legs. Less hunger. Hard to tolerate heat. Things and responsibilities seem overwhelming. Worried because daughter could not get admission in school. Nothing is happening positively. Sometimes feel like giving up.

Please help.

But I could not find Avena Sativa in 1X potency anywhere. But I have it in 6X potency in pills form ready with me. Can I take 4 pills of 6X in 1/4 glass of water, just like last time you suggested me to do?

First of all I would like to wish you happy belated Eid. Aapko Eid Mubarak. Sorry I couldnot wish you on time as I was also very busy with these Tax free weekend work.
I am much better now. Still taking Avena Sativa. Your prescribed remedies are helping me a lot. Thanks a ton for your great help. I am okay at the moment.

Thank you for your compliment but I don't think I deserve that title yet. I haven't done much for my child. I want to do a lot for her but because of so many obstacles and negative things in my life, I am far behind than what I want to do for her. But I will try my best to make her the best. Thank you for your encouragement and support.

I am experiencing Moderate Depression again.
Tiredness.
Tightness in calves.
Mind seems disturbed.I was so into my thoughts that I forgot to get off on the bus stop I had to get off. I felt so sad for this.
Irritation increased.
Mild headache.

Sorry for the late reply. I am little better again regarding my depression. Which is mild now.


My current mind symptoms are:
I was so disturbed the whole day today because of an upsetting dream I had last night. I saw a death of a relative and I was very sad as well as very scared to see that environment.
I am always fearful about hearing any losses.

Also I cannot bear failure or if somebody makes me feel I am a loser, or somebody says I couldn't do well on any tasks. It is really depressing.
Irritation

I cannot hear about anyone's major sickness. I start thinking I am also sick and am I gonna die ?

Physical symptoms:
Backache
Heavy head( mild heaviness).
Pain on some joints.
Excess hair fall .
Tightness in calves.
Low energy

I must thank you always as I had so many problems before but I feel I have only few left now.

I am so much tensed and stressed out. I could not work properly today so came back home early.
At work, my boss gives us too much pressure of sale. When we cannot achieve our target he bursts on us. Every of his employees is annoyed by his behavior. We all are doing this job on our majboori. He gives us too much pressure. Today there were not much customers in his business but he pressured me like anything which made me sick. I was trembelling, hard to stand and suffocating.
There are stressful events going on (my child's school admission stuff, she is not getting any and i am so tensed). Now i could not bear this one.
Please help me urgently. My head is burning and I am feeling so weak.

The burning sensation in my head is not going away and I am having breakdown like feeling. Feeling too much tensed. Too much pressurized. I can't bear anymore tension or any kind of mental pressure. Feeling of wounded mind/brain.

Thank you for your help. I took a dose of sulphur 200 yesterday evening.
I am feeling just 30-40% better than before. My head is still congested with burning feeling inside. I am still vulnerable towards stress. I am too much stressed out. Shaken inside out. Whenever my boss gives me pressure I panic. It's just me that I am taking his words seriously. My colleagues told me to take it easy and I am not able to do so. I give all my effort while I work and my boss is never satisfied. He is never satisfied with anybody.
I am not able to cope with my current stress level.
I have fear of death too.
My mind and brain are wounded.

Please doctor help me.

P. s. I have received bryonia 200 too today.

It is 5.20 pm and I am feeling not much improvement yet.
I could not go to work today. I am still shaky and stressed out. Head is burning so badly and I am feeling wounded. Heavy headed, Low energy and nervousness.

Sorry to say one thing, i was in so much of need of some medicine and i remembered, you giving me aconite last time and it helped me too. So i took a dose of Aconite 200 in the early morning. I am really sorry I could not wait also I thought you might be traveling. Could you Please forgive me for this ? But aconite is not helping me either this time.
