This is kind of Urgency for me at the moment. My mind is so upset and disturbed because of a sudden bad news. It keeps on disturbing me and I am losing my concentration on anything.

Can you suggest me something to calm my nerves again ? Or can I take a dose of Gelsemium 200c again ? The news is hampering my studies and work too. Could you please suggest ?

I am really heartbroken right now. Actually my husband is going back home leaving us here in the US on our own.

I am really tensed. I am not tensed just because he is leaving but its because of the thought that I have never got anyone's(not any boyfriend or husband's) care and support in my life. I wanted to get settled in my life but because of irresponsible husband I could not fulfill my dream. I have to struggle now but again my depression is being an obstacle for me for doing anything. Small negative things make me upset and depressed.

I hope Calc Phos will help me in this regard and to regain my will power.

Report after 3 days :
I was okay up to two days but on the third day I had so strong aggravation. I felt so much of tightness inside head, my legs were shaking, i was so dizzy, so chilly, and there was kind of suffocation too, it seemed I was going to collapse. These things happened for long hours and slowly I was becoming okay again. I am little fine now.
Whenever I think about my husband I become tensed for sometime. He is already back home now, which makes me upset. But i am ok. I just think, howcome a man can be so careless and carefree?
I am in so much of pressure right now as I have to study, work and take care of my child. I just pray to god to give me mental strength. If my mind is healthy I am physically healthy, I believe. I won't give up so easily.
I must thank homeopathy for taking care of me so far.
And thank you for your method of treatment .
Please suggest further.

I have not yet received Avena sativa yet. It may take few more days. But I will get the Calc Phos 200c tomorrow. Do you want me not to take Calc Phos anymore?

I am so much depressed again. I am feeling so pathetic, emotional and weak again. There is still trembelling on my legs. I cried a lot this morning. I have a feeling like breakdown at the moment.

I am feeling I am having extra pressure in my brain because of my current situation.

Report as of this morning:

The tightness in the head is much less than before now. Some cloud like feeling is there inside the brain. Continuous Dull headache is there.
(As I mentioned earlier, these things increase whenever I think about my husband or whenever I hear any news about him)

Still depressed but little less than before. 10-20% less.
Feeling tired.
No interest in almost everything.
Emotional.
Less self confidence
Less apatite
Less thirst

The strong aggravation is not there now.

Sorry, I was at work and could not view your message in the day time today. I got back just an hour ago and its already 11pm. I am little more better than this morning as well. So can I take the dose of Calc Phos 200 c tomorrow morning and report you at the end of the day ?
