Hello doctor,
I could take Pulsatilla only for two days as I had period, the third day.
I am feeling little more emotional than before. (not regarding my child but other issues) Otherwise I am okay.
I am more concerned about my class presentation and my nervousness issue at the moment as it is approaching near. I don't wanna feel weak and say no to the presentation. Rather I want to face the challenge. What do you suggest ?

Hello doctor,
The pain on the hip and leg joints are not as intense as before. Almost 70-80% pain is gone. But the dull pain in the heart is still the same and is not going away.
I could not figure out whether the pain is inside the heart or around the heart.
Nice to know that I am on the right track regarding my nervousness. I will have patience and just keep my fingers crossed. :)

As per your instruction I had one dose of Aconite 1M last night.
But I want to share my current condition with you.
For the last two days I have been bit depressed,see the negative sides of matters, nervous, worried and tensed thinking about near future, have dull headache and congestion inside head, heart pain increased.
I am so much tensed because of my current problem. I am not able to convince myself regarding my situation.
I know nobody can do nothing over my situation but I am failed to reduce my stress level and calm myself down. I am overwhelmed by my problems.
I am in Texas and it is very difficult to accomplish any tasks on time, if you don't have any vehicle with you. I have a car but the problem is, my license is expiring in 30 days and because of my reinstatement issue at the school, the DPS denied to renew my license. They said, it can be renewed only after 2-3 months when my reinstatement problem is solved.
I will be like a handicapped once my license is expired. I won't be able to go to school, go to work, go to groceries or go anywhere.
I am not able to concentrate on anything because of stress and anxiety.
Please suggest something.

Can't you go to the school counseling office and
explain this and get some kind of letter for the
driving department?
This is what we call a Catch -22--- You can't get
school right if you can't drive, and you can't drive if
you don't get school right. You have to get someone
higher up in the school to give the DPS the paperwork
it wants. This is how it works here.
If you want to email, where you are-what is the school,
I can possibly help you out with this. There is no
common sense going on here with bureaucracy and the
right people who have the power to fix paperwork or
overide lesser Officials will understand this and fix
it.

all Nawaz.- I think the DPS is same as DMV in my state- Department of motor
vehicles-The people there are just 'ticket takers' you either have the
right form or nothing happens- they have no leeway to make a decision or
help. It has to come from the school.

I am not able to express my feelings correctly here. But I am so overwhelmed...I can see there are so many people around me who are willing to help me eventhough they haven't seen me or met me. I am feeling so secured at the moment.
Simone, I hope you know the process of reinstatement at school. The paperwork has to go through a process and immigration takes decision whether to grant me the reinstatement of my F1 status. I took a letter to DPS, from school, stating that I am a full time student and am taking all my classes regularly. That letter did not work as well. They said I will have to wait for DHS's approval documents. So I am in 'cannot do anything' kind of situation

I don't know how old or how young you are, but I always feel a parental care in your words. I am very far away from my parents, but your encouraging words are just like my dad's words. I respect you a lot.
Thank you so much for all your support, effort and your wishes to help me out. Financially, I am not that much worried because I am living with my brother here who is in good stand by the grace of god and he always helps me when I am in need. It was me that I wanted to be independent and wanted to do everything by my own. I didn't want to be burden on anybody, that's why I started working in this shop and was earning something.

My main problem is I think too much about any problem and get tensed and anxious way ahead of time.
Regarding having any remedies, I have taken so many remedies so far and I never cared what they were made from. So Lac Caninum 200C would not be any problem for me if that helps me get out of my problem. Besides, milk is produced by a mother whether it is a mother of a human being or a mother of any animal. As usual, I am not fully able to control my negative thoughts and getting anxious and panicky. Can I take any remedies if my situation is out of control? Tomorrow,I have to go to work too.I am hardly able to concentrate on other matters as I have been thinking about the current situation continuously. My head is congested again. My apatite has been decreased too.
