Dear Sir,I am using Nat phos 6X and Arnica 30c as u have prescribed i do walking for 30 minutes.
I did take mat mur 30c for 2 months as u prescribed for fear.
I noticed that i have gain weight of 2 kgs in past 6 Months after starting the above medication.
Cause of concern is Fat on my tummy which is stubborn and no movement,Hope u can help me out as u have done in past.
