Seeking constitutional remedy
Hello,I have been trying to figure out my constitutional remedy but having a hard time figuring it out. I feel like I can't be objective enough about my mental symptoms. I have had constitutional treatment with a classical homeopath, probably about 8 years ago. Since then I use 30c potency remedies to deal with acute conditions. I am not taking any allopathic medicines, have stopped drinking coffee, and am committed to healing through a classical approach.

Everyone has trouble prescribing for themselves when it is
not acute- including homeopaths.
You have to do this with a homeopath- taking your case and
knowing how to weight mental, physical and general symptoms-
The best is to see a good homeopath in your area-can you
do that?

Hi Simone,
funny that's my mother's name. I have not found anyone in the area that has a good reputation as far as classical homeopathy. I'm sure I would have to travel to Manhattan, but that would require advance planning and taking a couple of vacation days from my new job. I may have to do just that.

Hi, if you tell me where you are, I don't mind researching
to see if I can come up with more options for you.
Also you sound like you have a good idea of what to
look for-I don't know the main reason you are
wanting treatment? But I would recommend that you
go to Minimum books dot com. click on Andre Saine-
click on his MS papers and see a the violet line where
he has two interviews.Read those- he is a very famous
head of Canada Homeopaths and he works in Layers.
It will educate you on the silver bullet approach and
help you to assess who you want to treat you.

thanks Simone that would be great! I am on Long Island, in New York, specifically in Suffolk county. I will definitely look up Andre Saine. What is the silver bullet approach?

The silver bullet is a reference to some classical homeopaths who want
to find that 'one' remedy that is going to take care of everything.
Andre Saine is a classical homeopath but uses a different approach.
He looks at how many things are going on with a person and addresses
them in layers- such as if you had a injury before you came to see him,
the 'constitutional' remedy to fit your mental and physical is not going
to address your injury very well, you would need to start with Arnica
and go on from there. He makes a lot of sense-and he tackles diseases
that most do not want to treat.
Is there any specific, bottom line that you want out of treatment?
Like, I want to be rid of eczema or _________-- that makes it easier to
fine tune a search, bc not only do you want someone who has at least
5 years practice but it is good if you have a person who has cured cases
of your issue. Some people are rather good at particular issues, so no
sense being the first case of something with a Dr.

yes right now it's eczema on my fingertips which is cracking and bleeding without any apparent cause. It's also very painful and hardened. Then it moves around from one finger to others and different parts of the fingers. It's debilitating and painful. The other issue is irritability which can lead to feeling overwhelmed and feeling enraged and being fed up with people and/or situations. I feel angry and resentful a lot lately. I am 53 years old, and have been through a lot, so the layer approach might make more sense for my case, but I am basically the same person that I always was.

I actually like this Dr. Anthony Salzarulo in nyc- check out
his site-I don't know what kind of Dr. he is-but he
uses homeopathy after he works on detox, diet etc with
you, and has a cured case of eczema testimonial on there.
He makes sense to me on why remedies don't work like
they should always bc the body has other obstructions-
( like need for detox) that are preventing cure.
Then go to homeopathy-cures.com- this is a well respected
Denver homeopath and you can click on your state and
he gives his personal list of homeopaths that he feels
are competent. There is a big list of NY homeopaths-
I would go thru their sites and whoever you like I would
find out how many eczema cases that they have cured- go
to someone who is confident in that area.
I am sure you can heal yourself of this-thru one of
these people.
