10 week old baby with excessive spit up

Hi -- I have a 10 week old breastfed only baby who is continuously spitting up large amounts of milk, sometimes it occurs after feeding, sometimes even 2 hours later. He is still gaining weight and most of the time he doesnt seem in pain, however he it looks like it is getting worse, always seems hungry and started caughing/choking recently.
The pediatrician prescribed Zantac and Prevacid, but I just dont feel I should be giving these types of strong medicines to a newborn.
He is colicky sometimes, but that has been improving lately, other than that he looks like a pretty happy baby. Is Aethusa the right fit? I appreciate the help!

Yes. Please give him aethusa 30 or 200 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how it goes.

What is the best way to administer it? In breastmilk? Or water? How much? I forgot to mention he is extremely gassy and has foamy and green poop a couple of times per day.
Thanks!

You may add 1 drop remedy to 30 ml water, mix it nicely and give 1/2 tsp with mother's milk.

If aethusa doesn't help you should give him calc carb 30 in the same way after 3 days.
