PLEASE HELP: painful head and stomach condition!!!

Five years ago two sets of symptoms started, and I would like to get some advice about how to alleviate and treat them.
1) The first set of symptoms included dairy diarrhea (sometimes multiple times a day), foul smelling gas (rotten eggs, dead body, skunk), burping, burning and severely painful stomach with strong headaches, gagging, watery stomach with gurgling sounds, persistent acid reflux and excessive and bubbling salivation, frequent nausea which was only temporarily relieved by eating, and constant bloating with extreme abdominal sensitivity. On the other hand, sometimes I feel the urgent need to defecate but nothing comes out. A year ago I was diagnosed with multiple ulcers caused by H. Pylori and I was treated with a twenty-one –day course of antibiotics and several months of Omeprazole. The treatment didn’t work, and I am bedridden on some days with abdominal pain, and all of the symptoms above still continue (they are exacerbated in the evening after 6pm and become unbearable after 11pm). This pain is causing hopelessness, anxiety, and despondency. I tried another four weeks of OTC Omeprazole but that did little. I am taking pro-biotic pills, kambucha drinks, with very little results. Alka Selzer and sometimes eating a banana provide short relief, but sometimes even a glass of water will make me nauseous. Symptoms get worse if I have coffee, sugary things, acidic food, fried food.

2) Even though I was always able to lie on my stomach, I now cannot do so because when I do, I feel a rush of blood in my head and my head throbs and feels like it will explode; it’s very disorienting and nauseating. The most painful pressure is on the crown of my head—a drilling pain—and it connects somehow with pain in my tail-bone. The pain moves to my nose, impedes my breathing, and tires my eyes. The same thing happens as well when I lie flat on my back but the symptoms are worse. My head will feel unsteady and inebriated. Symptoms will get better if I lift my head or not lie on my stomach. Two years ago, I got flu-like symptoms and I was never the same after that. The head pressure is now constant and affects my right ear. Now I can’t lie my head on my right ear or rest on my sides because my ear feels full of water and air; and pressure builds up in my nose, eyes, and head. I also have ringing and crackling sounds in my ear all day but especially when lying down; my ear also feels congested and clogged and if I put my finger in it, it will smell humid. My throat feels constricted, and, a month ago, the left side of my face (my cheekbone area) started to hurt—the pain lasts all day. I also have a bitter, metallic taste in my mouth—sometimes with pasty saliva. My tongue sometimes will be white and feel swollen. If I exert pressure on the top of my head, I get the sensation that something is about to drip through my nose; when I stop pressing, I get an upward sensation. My nose feels constantly congested and under pressure, especially around the bridge, however, I have no nose discharge. I may have problems with my inner ear. My eyes are constantly very glassy, dry, and itchy. Everything feels worse during cold weather and after I wash my hair.
All of these symptoms make my mind feel confused and hazy; it’s difficult to think clearly and work. I experience constant fatigue, sluggishness, and poor memory. I would really appreciate help and advice about what I can take and what I can do to improve my health. Thank you.

R.P.: I ordered everything except Compound no-25. Where can I procure this in the United States?

I did look in homeopathy stores online and they dont carry it. (Boiron, Hylands, WHP) There is no homeopathy store in New York City. I have been to every store that sells pellets and they do not have it. I only found compound no-25 in an online store called UNDA, but they make their own compunds and they say that no-25 is for cardiovascular issues. (http://www.forresthealth.com/UNDA-Number/) I found the compound in a store based on New Dheli but they do not delive to the States. Is there something else I can get?
I also tried to search for the compound here in abchomeopathy but they do not have it.

If you do not get Compound no 25 then take Natrum Phos-6x. Doses are same

Dear Doctor,
I just received all my pellets by mail and, as you suggested, I bought Natrum Phos instead of the compound-25. So I will be reporting back in 15 days from now
Thanks for your guidance and support

Dear Doctor,
This is my update after 15 days of treatment:

After the fall of the dictatorial regime in Chile, the repercussions of its cruelty sent shockwaves throughout the community as the country, now polarized and traumatized, began to come to terms with historical processes predicated upon death, disappearance, exile, and torture. Such an event surely necessitates a questioning of the past. It compels the community and its various entities (political commissions and institutions, artists, intellectuals, and individuals) to remember. Nevertheless, the practices and epistemology of memory are neither neutral nor ideologically free. Since both the remembering and forgetting of violence is essential to the process of national constitution, the past is especially vulnerable to ideological abuse and manipulation. Historian Greg Grandin demonstrates how Truth and Reconciliation Commissions across Latin America have reductively refracted the past through a neoliberal lens:
[W]hile technically charged with examining the specifics of individual acts of violence according to accepted norms of national and international jurisprudence, [they] came in fact to be concerned with the larger historical meaning of collective political repression. Their final reports distill a violent past into a manageable, lucid story, one that portrays terror as an inversion of a democratic society, a nightmarish alternative of what lies ahead if it does not abide by constitutional rules. (47-8)
The historical interpretation of the past, therefore, was used according to economic interests to inculcate liberal values as a way “to prevent recurrences of state violence or institutional breakdown.” Violence was typified as the loss of national cohesion and unity, and, consequently, the military coup was redeemed as a tragic but necessary intervention that prevented complete national collapse” (49). This is an exemplary modality of misappropriating or abusing the past. The exercise of memory, the action of remembering becomes tainted and constrained by political necessities that don’t respond to the ethical dimension that a process of reconciliation requires. In Becomings: Explorations in Time, Memory and Future, Elizabeth Grosz acutely raises the question about the “ontological, epistemic, and political status of time” particularly in relation to past historical events that “retain some traces, some residues, in the present and the future.” In a Chilean context, the past has only thus far adumbrated the present and has determined the future in negative terms. I suggest it is fundamental to understand the political status of time as becoming. Only in this way can we individually and collectively envision an open-ended future through the uses of memory, and time can be re-evaluated as an active, indeterminate force “whose movements have an inherent element of surprise, unpredictability, or newness” (4).
I will appreciate your feedback. Thanks so much in advance
