one month old baby Acid Reflux

Hi,
My one month old son spits up a lot right after eating. He is having a lot of stomach pain and gas after eating too. Our pediatrician told us he has Acid Reflux. We are not giving him medicine for it. He is breastfeed, he is 4 weeks old, 8.7 lbs.
I took antibiotic for 2 weeks his symptoms started at this time. I m taking probiotic and he is taking probiotic too now.

He sleeps well, but has a hard time to full asleep after eating because of his stomach pain.
He does better with cold milk (I pump my milk).
He gets worse between 4 to 9pm.

I hope somebody can help him.

He is gaining weight well.
He had a ultrasound and a blood test and everything was normal.

Please give him Nux Vomica 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how it affects.

If it doesn't help, give him lycopodium 30 in the morning and evening for 2 days.

Add one drop of remedy to some 20 ml water and dissolve nicely. Give half tsp with mother's milk as one dose.

I gave him Nux Vomica yesterday morning and night and this morning. He doesn t have stomach pain anymore, however he keeps spitting up A LOT right afeter eating.

Please give the remedy for total three days and wait. There is a chance that his spitting will improve.

I gave him the remedy for 3 days (yesterday was the last day). Today his spitting didn t improve.
Should I give him lycopodium 30? or something else?
Should I keep giving him Nux Vomica 30?
