Alfalfa Mother Tinture

Hello, ive decided to try Alfalfa mother tinture for my 5 year old son to improve his appetite, however the one ive just bought from my local pharmacy is in 55% alcohol. Ive given him 6 drops in a little water but of course the taste of alcohol is very strong. Would anyone be able to advise me if this is actually ok for a 5 year old, or maybe there is a special tincture for children without alcohol? Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nothing is wrong with the medicine. Just dilute in more water so that it does not hurt his sensitive mouth.

I just wondered if anyone could give me a little more advice regarding the alfalfa mother tinture. Ive been using it for my 5 year old son for 5 days, 8 drops 2 times per day and so far his appetite hasnt increased. He's still not showing much if any interest in food, apart from crisps and sugary things. Am expecting too much after 5 days? Im not really sure how long i should carry on giving it to him for. Id be grateful for a little guidance on this tincture, thank you

Instead of alfalfa mother tincture,pl give him bakson's alfavena malt or SBL company alfalfa tonic which is more convenient and tasty also
