Please help with a cat - blocked nose

Hi I am trying to help a patient who has a cat with a chronic blocked nose. It has been blocked for about 3 months now.
He sneezes to try and clear it but nothing comes out.
He has difficulty breathing because he can not breath through his nose. It is worse when he is lying down on his back or side so it sounds like he snores.

There is no discharge except sometimes a clear amount.

This cat also has a chronic scratch/wound on his ear. It scabs over but it has yellow oozing puss. It is very itchy and he scratches at it which makes it even more pussy and sometimes bleeds. The owner cleans it out and he enjoys it.

He has a good appetite and thirst.

He is very laid back - not scared of anything. Enjoys being around his owners.

DOesn't seem like he has had vaccinations.

Ever since his nose has been blocked he hasn't meowed as much.

Could you please help me?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Sulphur is a worthy try. Try it in 200c for a few days.
