Chronic wet cough

A 55-years-old female suffers from cough for about 5 years. The cough is wet, from mucus in a chest, the mucus is clear and bubbles-like. The cough is mainly in the morning 7-9am and lasts for about 10 minutes. It is followed by tickling in a throat and prickling sensation in a chest. The cough is the worst after drinking coffe ot tea, after eating fruits(bananas, oranges), and after eating sweets.
No family history of astma or respiratory diseases.
Blood tests are normal. Medical doctors don't know what causes this.
Please help.

Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Nux Vomica 200 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
