A challenging chronic case

Hello - I am new to this forum and there are some loads of useful stuff here !!

BACKGROUND :
- I am M, 37yrs, married, 2 kids (boys)
- Sedentary job (Project Manager), highly demanding
- Mother had lung carninoma (died at 53)
- Grandad had throat carcinoma and weak lungs, multiple rounds of pleurisy, pneumonia (died at 90)

ME (From top to bottom) :
- Average build
- Worse cold
- Falling hair (50% grey)
- Myopia
- Chronic sinusitis
- Root of tongue thickly coated in white
- Crack in centre of tongue (First one-third towards the tip)
- Cannot sit straight, inclined to stoop
- Spine : 7 disks have degenerated, spodylosis, lumbar pain, weak back (chronic)
- Smoker (pack a day for the last 20 years)
- Frequest colds, always ends in bleeding from the lungs for a week after the cold has subsided, bronchitis and chronic sore throat with constriction in neck sensation
- High cholestrol (On statins for past 15 years)
- Cold clammy sweaty hands + feet (when nervous / excited)
- Sensation of something being 'there' under the last rib on right side (liver region)
- Flatulence from intestines
- Haemmoroids

LIKES : Highly seasoned foods, spices, sour, fried foods, potatoes, pickles and cheese. Not fond of sweets.

DISLIKE : Onions

TEMPERAMENT : Try to run away from responsibilities, trustworthy and obedient to seniors, hate socializing, anticipation anxiety - always before time for any event

ALL COMPLAINTS ARE RIGHT SIDED

I do practice classical homeopathy and am fairly ok with it. Unable to treat myself. I am a very close lycopodium match but remedies will not act. Last year I almost overdosed myself in experimentation. Then stoppped all medications. Feel that I am 'clean' now and want to try out the Sulphur - Calc - Lyc trio in 1 M potency.

Thoughts / recommendations ?
