children cold and throat pain

Dear friends

my daughter is 4 yr old. She woke up with throat pain and cold in the morning. Plegm from the nose is thick yellowish. She complaints ear pain. She has short dry cough and vommitting sputum...thick yellowish. Throat is bad. she is not able to swallow any kind of food. Liquids she wants to have cold. I gave her 2 doses of hepar sulf 30. No effect. i'm scared to give her anything else. Can I give her bry 30. She is very irritable and crying with throat pain and soreness. please advise.
