bad breath and teeth yellow
kindly help me regarding bad breath n teeth whitening. all my teeth are yellowish, can someone help plzheenal on 2012-08-11

10) many years passed ( not sure but from my younger days).
11) non - diabetic.
12) desires sweets.
13) normal.
14)normal. ( but tongue gets coloured easily after i eat anything. meaning if i have milk-tea tongue will show the colour of the tea.)

18) feel bad n lose confidence. cant talk to anybody freely. my another problem is wrinkles when i smile wrinkles show badly along with my yellow teeth.

What makes you angry so soon? Once you are angry, what do you do? Yell/scream/slap/throw things Or keep quite?

i get angry mostly when the house is a mess , things not organised. when somebody hurts me i feel hurt, pain n sometimes get angry too. mostly keep quiet, sometimes i yell n often cry.
type of breath - just smells bad no taste. it is mostly there may b all the time m unsure. all the time i dont come to know but my kids tell me sometimes thats how i came to know about it.my teeth too r yellow not white.no other health problems.

Really need more data to arrive at a correct remedy.
Any stomach issues? Any liver problems in the past?
How is your constipation?
Are there any skin issues?
Please give details of your previous pains, bleeding, pus, cysts, discharges, if any?
Anything else you could think of the cause of your bad breath and yellow teeth?

hi dr,
no stomach or liver problems. constipation - normal but every alternate day, not everyday. thats my habit from childhood.
skin issues - yes, my skin is what they say orange peel skin ( have tried many creams for that nothing has helped) these pores are enlarged now may b with age coz before they were very minute. some marks, dark circles and i do have lots of wrinkles.
no previous pains, nothing.
bad breath - i cant think of any reason.
yellow teeth may due to drinking too much tea /coffee.

dear dr nawaz,
one thing i had forgotten to mention in my last mail was that i sweat a lot under my arms n it smells horrible, but now with nux vom there is a lot of difference in the sweat smell. though u had given it for bad breath, i m not very sure abt the breath but i think there is a difference, since before too i could not make out much if it was smelling bad, but i do feel a difference. plz tell me dr. if i shud continue with the remedy n also suggest something for teeth whitening n if possible for wrinkles, i have very dry skin on my feet n hands but oily skin on my face when i wash my face after little time only it becomes oily n luks dull n hagard. sorry to bother u so much. m really happy. thx a lot to u n many god bless.
