This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Give her Ars. alb. 30c two times daily.

Additionally you can give eel serum 30c once daily.

Hi, my little Yorkie has serious kidney failure. She is 15 years old, was 5 pounds her whole life until she got very sick about 9 days ago, so now she weighs about 3 lbs now because she stopped eating & drinking. She was put in the hospital & hooked up to IV's for three days, but they had to stop with the IV's on the third day because her IV's were 'blowing' & she couldn't keep the IV in. Her blood vessels were restricting. The vet had just given up on her & gave her 2 hours to 2 days to live, but she has lived 6 days and still going strong since I've brought her home! I've been giving her arsenicum album pellets, twice per day. But now, yesterday & today, she seems to be back-tracking again. I ordered some eel serum 6c liquid dilution,, but don't know what dose to give her? What dose should I give her & what can I do for her? I've been force-feeding her Jurassic grass juice (wheatgrass, barley & alfalfa) also, marshmallow root powder (about 3ml) every couple hours 5-6 times per day). Also, organic low-sodium chicken broth. Today she threw up when she woke up. She will eat a few small soft bites of very soft food, but hardly drinking water on her own anymore. What should I do and what are correct doses for each thing I'm giving her?

You can give eel serum the same way, two pellets or drops two times a day.

Kakiali, please give medicine as suggested by maheeru and report back in a few days, eagerly awaiting to hear the good news about your Yorkie.

Hi, Thank you so much for your responses Maheeru & sujisuji! I will give her 1 drop twice daily of the eel serum and 1 pellet of the arsenicum album twice daily as well, and I'll let you know how she does. She seems to be going downhill pretty quickly in the last couple of days :(

Hi Kakiali,
Please report back every day with exact symptoms of deterioration or betterment so some knowledgeable homeopath can help you.

Sujisuji, here are some symptoms she has shown in the last couple of days while she has been deteriorating: She is now seeming to be very nauseous, and is choking and gagging on anything that I try to force down her, whether food or medicine. She doesn't seem to be able to stand up much anymore, she is just sitting down to go to the bathroom. She hasn't had a bowel movement (feces) for 11 days. I am force-feeding her Dog-sure (liquid food supplement for dogs 3+years) and Nutri-Vet Senior-Vite gel for senior dogs (high calorie dietary supplement gel) a few times a day. She has stopped drinking water on her own & can sit up but will bob her head up & down, similar to a newborn baby that has a difficult time holding its head up. She falls over just sitting up and often times can't get rolled back over once she's fallen over. She still has some fight left in her though, because she still fights me when I force-feed her & give her medicine. She's been more lethargic as time goes by, but I am looking forward to seeing her bounce back with the proper dose of eel serum now! Thank you again. I'll continue to check back regularly with progress or deterioration.

Generals are not getting better with ars. alb. Please stop the remedy. Replace it with Lycopodium 200c. Give it in the same manner as you were giving ars.

Continue eel serum.

Hi, thank you for your response. My little dog was able to have a bowel movement this morning, For the first time in 12 days! I am trying to find the Lycopodium 200c you like you suggested, but I'm having a difficult time finding it close by where I live. I found Lycopodium 200 CK And little sugar pellets. Will that work? If so, what is the dosage? If that will not work, I will keep trying to find 200c. My little dog now will not Drink water anymore and she keeps falling over to the left of her body. When I try to stand her up, she automatically hangs over to the left and falls over to the left. She can sit up now, but she cannot stand anymore. She you will only use her back legs to kick and when she sits she tries to lift her back legs up so that she can only sit. I will let you know how she does with the Lycopodium once I find some.

Hi, CK is the same as C. K refers to the method that was used to prepare it.

sujisuji last decade
Lyc. 200ck would be fine.

The dosage is two sugar pellets once or twice a day.

Also get Phos.200c or 200ck.

Suji you are right about the K. Do you know this before coming onto forum?

Dear Maheeru,
I had no clue about the potencies (I didnot even know the term)before coming to this forum. I was quite confused and at one point I thought 200 was a more concentrated form than 30. So eventually I googled and found this page which explained very clearly.http://www.ritecare.com/homeopathic/guide_potency.asp

Thank you so much SujiSuji and Maheeru for your replies. I have two little dogs and the one I never mentioned was in liver failure I just didn't know it to mention it at that time. She had a massive seizure yesterday and had to be put down yesterday afternoon, When there was hardly any life left in her. Later yesterday night my Yorkie passed away on her own, peacefully. It was fitting that they both passed away on the same day. They were both born on the same day, although different breeds (the other was a Maltese), And I don't think they would have been able to live without each other, And although I am so heartbroken that I have lost them both, it is sweet that they went on the same day. I really appreciate all of your prompt answers and responses to my questions. And I know that my puppies would have appreciated your help as well. I will try to post a picture of them.

Kakiali

Sorry to hear about the loss of pets. Although this could be a difficult time for you, may you take comfort that your pets were blessed with your loving care.
