Dead Heart
Hi Sir/Ma'am,My title sounds funny not but it's really not if you are facing it. I have made my all tests and they are all clear, my CT SCAN also ok, only a thing found is weakness and down BP all the time. I am 23 years old alone living guy. I faces some mishaps when i was small and a uncertain dead also. My parent forced me to Hifz Quran and i was detain there for a long time 2-3 years. They torture me 2-3 times a day with pipes and sticks, after a long time some years ago i atlast get rid of all of this and i felt my parents because what they done to me and that is the reason i live alone. I am ingaged with a very good and loving girl but it's like 1 year passed to my ingagement i am stuck in the life where i was. I tried to gather my self many time but i couldn't make courage inside me, i lost my concentration and everything and even if some girl touches me i feel nothing just get irritated because my anger, i am normal person.
Here the following symtoms are:
1. Can't carry even a 100 gram of wait it becomes too heavy for me and i am deperssed all the time feel no happiness if even you give me a new car i feel nothing.
2.My heart is drowning all the time, i try to do thing but can't my self with me.
3. Can't make any aim and stuck in the life where i was before.
4. I feel cold sweatting some times.
5.If anything drops from the table, after even 5 years later that will remain at the droped location i have to courage to put it back where it droped from.
6. What kind of man am I ?
7. Now a days i started feeling Dieing is easier then the like this.
8. But i am ingaged and have a very very loving relation, i have everything whatever a person needs but after even that i have no importance of life and my love relation.
Ill ever feel happiness ever again as i felt in the childhood ?

If the start i was stronger now a days i feel weak like 80 years old weak person and one importent i forget to mention i forget everything which is the extreme painful part, if i aim anything or say that mistake will must not happen tomorrow, when i go to sleep ill forget ithe aim and the mistake i made, even i try for a 100 days for example ill repete the same mistake again and again each day no matter if you kill me but the thing is it feel like that wasn't in my mind i forgetton. repeating the same mistake every day how can i be sucessful in my life, the reality says i can not because i am felling in the same hole for last so many years can't remember (it's like 7-8 years)

means a death of my cozn he was 2 years younger then me and he was sort of a good frind, he died with electricity shock.
I fear nothing.
I only like season when summer turns to winter and vice versa. only 10-15 day when it feels slight cold in the sun. Now a days over 1.5 years i never felt that also.
Do something about my brain, it forget everthing no matter how importent it is

Sorry Sir, Take your time whatever you need. Yea i do fasting but last twodays i am not because i feel much weaker.
I don't like to eat much i only 1-2 roties or 4-6 bread peices whole day. I Don't like to eat much, desire of nothing. If i try to eat more i feel like vomiting.
One thing i forget, I do fear a lot about my business because i have the forgetting problem that's why i fell in the same hole again and again each day. I usually forget everything about stocks what i read, whenever i open a trade and if it goes to negitive(-)that i feel a lot preasure and like heart is drowning and feel like crying.

Sorry two things more i forgot to tell you, i had a Hard hit in the head And bleed so much and after 2 years that i have Nose bleed for 1.5 years, took madicine for this but it won't stoped for 1.5 years.

They will repay what the did InshAllash, but that anger inside me i tease my fiance but she is innocent and i know she is not responcible for any of this. I won't stop untill she cries. That hurts too much but i can't stop it when i am doing it.

They detained me there for 6 days and on holiday i go home on friday, They torture me with pipes and sticks and they hit too hard (the Hits leaves blue dark greenish scar on my body for 20-30 days and when i touches it, it hurts) they also beat and slaps on my face, head and back also. I told many times to my parents but no use, after that i said once ill get bigger i will never see their faces but now it's not that bad i meet with them normally but i can't accept then from heart, like hug them or joke with them, because it by heart i am not doing it intentionally.

I was trying to say that i have teasing nature, if she makes a simple mistake i start shouting at her and (she never speaks anything worng with me no disrespect because she loves me, her parents trained her not to dis respect or speak in front of your husband or wouldbe). she is innocetnt and loveing but because i hurt her for hours she start crying and that hurt me a lot as well because loves me and what i am giving her. i short i shout on her for hours and i won't stop untill i make her cry. that is the irritation inside me because of the torture i faced

Please take Arsenicum Album 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, One Daily Dose at least 45 minutes after breakfast, for 3 days.
In addition, take Avena Sativa Q, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 5 days.
Report progress after 2 days.

Hi Doctor Sir, sorry i was out station that's why i Couldn't reported you earlier. The Medicines you gave were magical and i am using them on time. Alhamdolillah i am a lot batter then before.
I feel no fear, no heart sink, no cold sweating, no Anger and i now don't like to die either, hehe.
Sometime for a short interval i feel fear, heart sinking and cold sweating but it's not for long or always as it was before.
My memory still sucks, i forget my wallet on the shop, he was a good guy he gave me back.

Hi Doctor, i just came home today after Eid and i am using medicine regularly but i felt good only for a while and now i am feeling like old times but it's not worse like before.
The biggest problem with is i forget everything whatever Aim i make, due to that reason i face a lot of loss in stocks. I open 2 multiple trade at 1 time and when a saw swaping the graphs, i felt (Chakkar) and like my mind is over used. I see things but like i can't think anything, it's all Blur all the time (if you ganna say the last guy you met what was he wearing and how was his face ill say all Blur can't remember anything). When i see thing i can't create any new ideas nor i can take advantage of anything. I was using Five Phos. Compound 12x for mind but that only worked for 2-3 days after that all the same. I don't get why every medicine have effect for 2-3 days.
Why everything is Blur while i am not sleepy, but if i think any thing from flashback i can't access anything.

Sorry Doctor i took the medicine for too long, that might be the side effect that i am dizzy again. I was out of city for a long time that why unable to contact you, in the meanwhile i though those are curing me batter i should take them more. Sorry that won't happen again. Let me know what els i should take further.
