Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

I have Hashimoto's thyroidits, take 60mg Armour Thyroid daily, 2500mcg B12 and 400mcg Folate daily (on allopathic physician prescription). I have been treated by a classical homeopath who did not tell me what remedy I was being given until approx. 1 year into my treatment. As I recall I was given phosphorus, sulfur and sepia (not all at once or in combination with one another). I still have thyroid nodules and thyroiditis symptoms and cannot financially afford to continue seeing this homeopath. How might I proceed from here? The last remedy I was given was sepia (Aug2011). It agreed with me and I did get relief from symptoms. I am starting to feel the same symptoms again plus sinusitis and general allergic reaction to pollens, possibly tomatoes and walnuts. I crave sugar, sweets, chocolate and carbohydrates intensely. Can anyone help me navigate back to good health?
