hormones and digestive issues

I am a 30 year old woman that has been dealing with hormone issues for the past 12 years. I have always had severe PMS which would include major mood swings with explosive anger. I have had hair on my chin that has to be shaved and looks like a man if I don't do this every day. I was diagnosed with hashimotos thyroid 4 years ago and was put on a very small dose of levothyroxine. This was before I got pregnant with my second child and couldn't tell if there was any change during the pregnancy. I developed major stomach issues around that time and it has just gotten worse over the years. It goes off and on beweeen bloating, belching and nausea. It seems its worse after my period when I get all of the discharge and feel as if I am in my first trimester in pregnancy. I am also extremely tired off and on but this seems to get worse with any stress or pushing my body further. I went to a naturalpath 2 years ago and switched to naturethroid and am on 1 grain of that. I am still testing that I need more but my body seems go nuts emotionally every time I try to up the thyroid medication. I deal with a great amount of panic and difficulty breathing deep breaths. I have gone to tons of doctors and they all try to make me double up on birth control. I have refused every time. I have litle money and need help! I feel as if I am a lost cause and am stuck in a box because nothing works. THanks so much for your help!
