Clenching my Teeth at Night
Hi there.....since my second babys birth i have had a postpartum depressions...its more then 4 months now. And now i started clenching my teeths at night or sometimes during the day...that causes really bad headache, neck and shoulders are hurting, jaws muscles are really tight and since a few days my ear on the left side started hurting too. It feels like i have an ear infection. And just wanted to add i had a root canal therapy done and a tooth extraction, both on the left side, the last two tooth on the bottom.Basela M.

Please take Arnica 30 and Hypericum 30 alternately, up to 4 doses in a day (2 doses of each) for the next 2 weeks and write back.
One dose is 4 pellets, taken dry on tongue (no water should be taken along the medicine), preferably on empty stomach.

Hi Dr. Reva...sorry didnt repley earlier....still waiting for my medicine which really sucks...:-(
Just a little update.....like i told u before i couldnt open my mouth properly because of the tooth extraction etc......now its totally fine...it healed n everything......just the clenching at night or sometimes during the day didnt stop........so are the medicines still remaining the same for that problem or would u suggest something else then.....would u so happy if u could reply :-)

Are you stll having post partum depression? If so , you should
add that into the mix here now that the tooth issue is almost
gone.

Arnica 30 and Hypericum 30` are given for your tooth extraction and your postpartum.
If clenching is your current problem, please take Podophylum 30, once in the night, before going to sleep. You should see a difference in 1 to 2 days. If this does not help in a week, then add Belladonna 30 in the morning for one week and write back.

Hi dr. Reva.....been taking the medicines for a 2 weeks now but no change, still the same. I might have mentioned that it is during the day too....like when im watching TV etc. or just in general when im concentrated on something.
I sometimes noticed....thats sometimes my teeth arent touching but my jaw muscles are stiff and tight!
Ps. Sorry for the late reply.....its just so stupid didnt find a pharmacy near me so ordered online again!

Just wanted to ad one more thing......i have two kids, 16 mnths apart.....n both of them sleep at different times.....so when im sleepy i dont really get to sleep right away....and then after a while, when both of them are sleeping....i cant sleep anymore.....i would lie down in my bed n stay awake, sometimes even upto 2 hrs

Please buy Asafoetida 30c and Valerian 30c. Take 2 pellets of first remedy in the morning and 2 pellets of the second remedy in the evening for a week and write back.

Thanks alot, is there anything i should avoid eating or drinking? So it wouldnt interfere with the medicine...someone told me to avoid caffeine...is that true?

Simple, easy to digest food is the preferred. Avoid coffee, where possible, tea is a better replacement.

Sorry dr. Reva took me a while to get my medicines...but got my medicines finally in 30 ml each...is that okay or it has to be pellets?
PS feeling very tight and stressed...my doc said it might be TMJ. What are you think?
