Chlorinated Water ... ILL-Health Effects

Chlorine (Cl) is a very2 common and very2 cheap water disinfectant with potent germ-killing qualities. Fortunately for the business of the medical faternity, the pharmaceutical industries n the Nation's (Govt.) coffers, Chlorine does much more than kill deadly germs and microorganisms in the nation's water supply.

Tentatively, Over 70% of the Earth's population have no access to Chlorinated water and it this 70% population who live a more healthy n disease-free life, when in comparison to the other 30%.. Approximately the rest 30% live in Industralised cities and towns, where chlorinated water is supplied. It is this 30% population that always suffers ill-health, when in comparision to the 70% population who do not drink chlorinated water.

Persistent usage of "CHLORINE causes :
1. Chronic Bladder irritation", which is literally not intractable.
2. Irritatble Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
3. Incontinence (urine dripping), Burning (while urinating)
4. Prone to different allergies related to Gastro Intestional Tract (G.I.Tract)

CUMULATIVE EFFECTS (long term) of Chlorine ingestion or absorption:
1. Increase in normal hunger (canine hunger) leading to various G.I.Tract diseases and life-style diseases.
2. Mucous secretion membranes / glands malfunctioning.
3. Increase in Skin surface dryness and loss of skin texture n tone, leading to skin disorders like psorasis, eczema, boils, dry rashes, and so on
4. Increase in tendency to wrinkles
5. Manifold increase in G.I.Tract Gas (dry) n Persistant abdomen heaviness / fullness
6. Dry hair, Early hair fall, Early hair greying
7. Fluctuating irritation of the mind, wide (violent) mood swings n irritatability, leading to aggressive behaviour attitudes, loss in concentration
8. Distrubing n unrefreshing sleep pattern and / or loss of sleep

Chlorine is commonly found in :
1 Common household Tap water, specially which is supplied by Water Authorities (Muncipal corporations or bodies).
2. Commercially sold Mineral water
3. Bathroom Tissue paper n Paper Napkins (used in restaurants, hotels)
4. Baby Diapers and Adult Diapers.
5, Filter paper used in Tea n Coffee direct dip bags.
6. Paper used in Cigarettes
7. Swimming pools.

Sodium thiosulfate treatment is the standard method of chlorine removal.

Following Homoeopathic's will work for above symptoms, when used constitutionally.
Sul., Arg.Nit., Van., Puls., Pet., Bor., Nat.Mur. Psor., Lyco., and many others.

ABOUT CHLORINE N DIOXIN
Dioxin, a byproduct of the manufacturing of chlorine bleached paper, is believed to be the one of the most cancer producing chemicals known on our planet.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has found dioxin to be 300,000 times more potent as a carcinogen than DDT.

Dioxin has been linked to endometriosis, immune system impairment, diabetes, neurotoxicity, birth defects, decreased fertility, and reproductive dysfunction in both women and men.

Dioxin in bleached coffee filters can leach into your coffee.
Dioxin is also found in smoke from cigarettes with chlorine-bleached paper.
Dioxin is found in chlorine bleached tampons and sanitary napkins.
Many insist that the dioxin exposure from bathroom tissue, paper towels, diapers, etc. is minimal.
This appears to make sense.
BUT...dioxin exposure is cumulative - if you use chlorine bleached bathroom tissue day after day, for months and years ...just a tiny exposure to dioxin, a tiny absorption of dioxin every day...just imagine the potential consequences.

Above information is to know how we unknowingly degenerate our body. Feedback invited.

Hi

Thank you for the info. Wow! In Romania the water is very chlorinated and I would drink tea from it. Do you think it could affect me? We don’t drink tap water but bottled plated water.

I would like to record my thanks on your article on Chlorine which I enjoyed reading.

I would like to mention here that although I live in Colombo, Sri Lanka which is served with water collected in 2 reservoirs which are fed upstream by the Kelani river that flows through Colombo, I discovered about 40 years ago that the mains water was heavily laden with debris and silt which was obviously injurious to health.

I had a well with a Diameter of 2M constructed near my house and at the beginning it did not attract any strong underground stream at 10 M to supply the household during the drought. The situation today is incredible as the water which is collected in a playground of about 6 Hectares immediately adjacent to my residence has now promoted 2 streams each about 25cm which feed the well which cannot be pumped dry at all. I use a high pressure water system with a 2hp pump and maintain the pressure at 3 Bar. The great advantage of this private water source is that we are never bothered by the frequent water cuts that our Municipality enforces especially during the drought which does not bother us any more.

I have checked the quality of the water and it has a slightly high % age of Ferric salt which when the water is boiled and filtered for drinking is not relevant. There is no bacterial contaminaiton in the water at all when checked annually.

I believe that the fact that our household depends on water from this well which is unchlorinated is perhaps the reason for our state of wellness all round and our lack of any ailments in our lives.
