Hairloss female - plz help!

Hello,
Thanks in advance for the help, I truly appreciate it. I have really long hair, they go down my back. I am 24 years old, 5'6', skinny... My mother had surgery in Sept 2010 - from all the stress I went through I lost a lot of my hair but they grew back in, in the summer of 2011 we went through a stress time and they started falling out from that point on till date...February - may the hair fall slowed down a bit. I went on a medication which made it fall out in clumps for 2 weeks. All my blood reports r normal - every single test has been done, my dr isn't sure how else she can help me. She gave me ketokonozole shampoo which helped temporarily - although i have a clean scalp. I exercise, eat extremely healthy, take a nail, hair skin vitamin, started viviscal bc of my hair thinning, biotin, fish oil, evening primrose oil. I just bought Arnica 30c pellets today it says 5 pellets a day 3x a day so I wanted to know if thats okay...i even oil my hair and got a product from Aveda called Invati its a scalp revitalizer for hair thinning made of gingeng, turmeric, ginger etc - its ayurvedic. I started boiling water, cooling it down and then washing my hair with it. Its become extremely weak and brittle that it'll fall if I just stroke my fingers thru it. The thinning is most apparent from the sides of my head - so I can no longer made a pony tail with all my hair in it. I have seen my primary care, endocrinologist, GI specialist, allergy specialist, dermatologist - nobody is sure why its falling - they tell me not to worry about it, it'll grow back - but I dont think that is going to solve the problem because its still falling... plz help! Ive been crying my eyes out because of my hair fall...p.s. - i got arnica hair oil from a clinic in ny but it has a lot of other things in it like avocado oil, safflower oil, almond oil - so idk how much that is helping but I'll lightly but it in my hair before I go to sleep ...

Thanks so much!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pl stop all the medicines, shampoo, hair oils etc.

PL take
1. Silicia-12x + Natrum Mur-12x (3+3) pallets twice every day (these are bio-chem medicines)
2. Phosphoric Acid-200 6 pills at bed time every day
3. Take Arnica-30 in wet dosing. Wet dosing means, take a clean glass bottle of 500 ml (half litre). Fill it with fresh water and put Arnica-30 liquid 10 drops. Shake the bottle 10 times a take one teaspoonful of that mixture. Take 2 doses per day of one teaspoonful mixture. You shake the bottle 10 times before you take a dose. This bottle will last for 45-50 days
4. Put 20 drops of Arnica-Q (mother tincture) in 100 ml coconut oil. Mix it well and apply that oil to your hairs every day.

Take the treatment for 15 days and then give feed back

T Y - I appreciate you taking the time out to help me! Actually my thyroid antibodies were slightly high - but my dr said it has nothing to do with hair fall - he said u can take a medication to bring the level down or just let it be - I decided to start levothyroxine to reduce my thyroid antibodies level and the side effect of that medication is hair fall so for 2 weeks I had clumps of hair coming out - so much that I filled a small sandwich bag full of them - that 2 week period made my hair loss extremely visible. Thanks again!
