hi doctor have been accessing ur blog and treatment plans...pl help me vid treatment of my 71/2yr boy . Hewas diagnosed as allergy and asthamatic since the age of 2.6 yr ..has taken steroids n anti allegics and in homeopathy we have given him Bacillinium till 0/15 for nearly a yr. he has improved a lil as he used to get frequent wheezing attacks when he was 5 yr old ..Now the problem which needs to be adressed is he has perenial rhinitis and in between dry cough and wheezing and he is on formetrol 100 (steroid )morning / evening .
his typiccal morning starts with nose block and sneezes 4-5 and sometimes dry cough I want your help to completely treat it .We have a strong family history of allergies and asthma a.
pl help us a treatment plan for his improvement ..

Can you please give the following information in respect of your son.
1.whether he prefers warm surroundings ie whether he likes to be covered or he prefers cold surroundings and open air.
2.whether he has a mild disposition or an irritable disposition. How is his attitude towards his friends and relatives?
3.What other physical problems, if any does he have.
4.At what time he feels better and at what time does he feel worse like in the morning, evening, late night etc.
5.What do you think is the causative factor for starting his problems.
6.How is his thirst for cold drinks, hot drinks and water?
7.How is the bowel movement? Normal, constipated or loose.
8.Whether the child prefers to move around or prefers to keep still.

According to my oberservation warm surrounding suit him . He
sweats a lot on head .sometimes he keeps himself covered through
the night sometimes he removes the blanket.

he has irritable disposition .hes good to few of his friens and like anyother child of his age keeps changing firends .though he is of adamant nature but hes bright and affectionate child.

he gets nose bleeds in between . .he looks little tired some times

school .where he says he is ok through out theday(though I send puff ).sometimes he gets cough while sleeping in the night it or could be early morning vich subsides on its own or sometime we give asthalin .

we hav a very strong family history and his IGE levels are pretty high .he is an atopic case of asthma and allergy .we did his allergy test also in vich he was foung strongly allergic to
household dust and mold and pollens ..
6.How is his thirst for cold drinks, hot drinks and water?
he takes mostly water ..very seldom cold drink ..as I control
7.How is the bowel movement? Normal, constipated or loose.
it was pretty normal till now but past 1 or 2 month he gets tight
stools and cries that its burning however the frequency of such incident is not at all much....may 2 times it has happened so
far..
8.Whether the child prefers to move around or prefers to keep still.
depends on his mood soometimes he is very active some times too

sorry for the late response as u said to report after 15 days of starting the course .We started the course on 15th sep.during that time my son was having cold ..but it got cleared and most of his m0rning symptoms of sneezing and som light cough is still
there..he had a wheezing attck in the night on 20sep (it was ahectic day maybe )and we had to give him puff in the nt. Again on 28sep he came bck from school with cough ,we gave him puffs and
liquid ascoril.
what should be the next step ?kindly guide

now hes better but waiting for ur reply for nxt course

sir ,
will do so but since he had a very bad wheezing attack recently and very dry allergic cough (may be as he has cough varient asthma ) was just thinking could it be the result of med as it happened within the same time span..as far as dullness is concerned he is fairly active now....please guide us .... or should I give the course I usually give it on sat /sunday as no school and homeopathic restrictions can be followed easily.

started second course of Cal Carb on 14th oct .theres no improvement in the morning symptoms . in between he had whitish thick discharge from the nose .in between we tried to reduce his daily puff but for past two days with the change in weather he is back on his daily puffs n in betwwen asthalin .please suggest the further course.

I gave him a dose of SILIcae on 2nd Nov ....But his sneezings hav increased a lot in the morning since past 4 days .Earlier it was 4-5 in the morning but past 4 days its almost 18-20 loud sneezings and thick egg white mucous also comes out .So I had to start antiallergic Cetrizine also in the night . Kindly guide us how to treat his problem from the root .
