Mouth Ulcers...Need help

Hello,
I am a 18 yr old boy living in Pune.

I was suffering from sore throat and nasal congestion.Took the medicines suggested by Daktersaab which worked well.Now I am now suffering from Mouth Ulcers

Description:One is on the tip of the tongue.Its small but very painful.It irritates me while eating talking.etc.It is white in colour.Another is on (my) left side.Its a about 5-6 mm diameted.White in the middle with red border.

Desire for thirst is more.Motions are normal(I sometimes get constipated).

Another symptom is I have developed a white patch on my nail(left hand middle finger).My parents told me there could be some defficiency.
Need help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Silicea 200 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next few days.

If it doesn't help take Kali Mur 200 in the same way and report back after few days.
