Calcium problems?

Hi, looking for some insight. My son took a low dose Calc Carb 30c I think. It made his anxiety worse so gave some diluted of same to reduce the aggravation.

A couple months later, suddenly, he is unable to eat dairy or take any calcium supplements with experiencing pain in hands and feet (mostly at the base of toes/fingers) Calcium blood levels stay normal even tho consuming little to no calcium containing foods (eating only chicken, beef, and a little bread)
Also, cracking of the joints starts up if he dares to drink a carbonated beverage for a few days.
Other symptoms...fasciculations, shooting pains, burning pains (come and go) EMG and other tests all normal. Parathyroid was very low normal.
Sugar also seems to make the pain increase.
Any thoughts as to why this happened some months after taking the Calc Carb or if it has anything to do with it? Does it need to be antidoted (son has used camphor containing ointment on the skin a couple times in the last week. Doesn't seem to have any effect
He can't go on eating such a limited diet. He used to be able to eat cheese or other dairy products fine before.
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him a single dose of Sepia 30 and see how that affects in next 7 days. If that doesn't help give him a dose of Nux Vomica 30.
