This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The "bags" that burst suggest to me that your fistula are probably abscess/cysts.

Suggest you try
a) mercury 30c 3 doses on 3 successive nights.

Wait a week

B) hepar sul 30c on 3 successive nights

wait a week

c) Silica (beware- this site spells it silicea) 30c on 3 successive nights .

Wait a further 2 weeks to judge and report result.

Did the draining happen before or after the homeopathic remedy? "I am feeling acute pain 2 days a week and little pain 5 days" - is this on a schedule, or generally speaking?
Have you spoken to your homeopath? What remedy has he given you? What does he say? Unless he's totally incompetent, I don't think you should override him. Otherwise, discontinue his treatment, and then proceed with alternatives.
