My daughter aged 12, is regularly complaining that she is hungry.Would it be a good idea to deworm her.
I have CINA 3X and CINA 200. Which of these is ideal and what dose.

Do you have any PROOF she has worms?
There are many reasons for constant hunger, one is rapid tissue turnover-- which means that tissues need to be replaced more frequently.
Teucrium is a good worm remedy.
Also consider you may be looking at tapeworm.
